What is Staffic Bi-Weekly Timesheets?
Staffic Bi-Weekly Timesheet is the two-week view of the time your team tracks in the desktop app. Each member gets a row with 14 days, the hours tracked each day and a total for the period. It's on every plan, with exact pay period dates, and Elite pays the same hours through Payroll.

Every member's row holds both weeks side by side, so a short day in week two stands out against week one.
Each row shows 14 days with the hours tracked on each, and the member's total for the whole period at the end.

The bi-weekly timesheet opens on the last 14 days, ending today. The date calendar sets the exact first and last day of a pay period, with Last 7, 14 and 30 Days shortcuts.

On Elite, Payroll's Hourly tab takes the same dates and works out pay from each member's time worked and pay rate. With timesheet approval on, it uses only the time a manager approved.

Control and privacy
Who sees the pay period?
Members check their own hours before a pay run. Admins decide who else can see them.
- Members see only their own two weeks unless their role has Timesheets access in Access control
- Every plan shows the team or any set of members
- The date calendar sets exact pay period dates on every plan
- With approval on, Payroll leaves out time a manager rejected
- Admins edit pay rates in a member's Payment settings on every plan

How to set up bi-weekly timesheets
The timesheet itself fills from tracked time. These steps line it up with how you pay.
It shows the 14 days ending today, one card per member.

A bi-weekly timesheet records the hours someone worked over two weeks, usually to match a pay period that comes every 14 days. In Staffic it fills itself from tracked time: 14 days in one row per member, with a total for the period.
How many hours are in a full-time bi-weekly pay period?
At 40 hours a week, a bi-weekly pay period is 80 hours. Staffic doesn't set a target: the bi-weekly timesheet shows what each member actually tracked, so you can compare it with the hours you expect.
Can I match the bi-weekly timesheet to my pay period dates?
Yes, on every plan: open the date calendar and pick the period's first and last day.
Can Staffic run payroll from a bi-weekly timesheet?
On the Elite plan, yes. Payroll's Hourly tab takes the same dates and multiplies each member's time worked by their pay rate, and with approval on it uses approved time only. Staffic records the payment as paid; the money moves through your bank or payment provider.
Do bi-weekly timesheets need approval before payroll?
Only if you turn approval on, which works on every plan. With approval on, Payroll pays approved time only and rejected time stays out. With it off, Payroll uses the tracked time, leaving out anything rejected earlier.
What's the difference between Staffic's weekly and bi-weekly timesheets?
The period. The weekly timesheet shows the last 7 days and the bi-weekly one the last 14, each as one row per member. Both are on every plan and read the same tracked hours, so pick the one that matches how often you pay or review.
