Is pricing per user or per organization?
Per active user per month. You only pay for team members who are actively using Staffic, and you can manage several organizations under one account, with billing based on total active users across them.
Which plan is right for my team?
Free and Standard include the same features, so the question is team size: Free covers up to 2 people and Standard has no limit. Elite is for teams that also need payroll, clients and invoicing, screen recordings and Live Screening.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing costs less per user than paying monthly. Switch the toggle to Yearly to see the saving for each plan, and you keep the same features at a lower total cost.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; when you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. You pay the per-user price of your plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no cancellation fees. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing cycle, and yearly plans stay active for the period you have paid for. After cancellation your data stays accessible for 30 days so you can export it.
Is there a free option for freelancers?
Yes. The Free plan works for freelancers and teams of up to 2: track your own hours with screenshots and activity, run timesheets, and manage projects and tasks at no cost. Client invoicing is on Elite.
