What is Staffic Weekly Timesheets?
Staffic Weekly Timesheet is the 7-day view of the time your team tracks in the desktop app. Each member gets a row with one column per day, the hours tracked that day and a total for the week. It opens on the last 7 days, and on every plan you can pick other weeks and show several members at once.

The weekly timesheet adds up what the desktop app recorded. Nobody fills it in by hand.

Weekly timesheet
Review a week of hours member by member
Every member gets a row with the week's days in columns, so a short day or a missing one shows up before you approve or pay the week.
Each column is one day with the hours tracked on it, and each member's total ends their row. A day with under a minute of tracked time shows a dash.

Choose your organization's time zone or each member's own. The choice decides which day late work lands on, which matters when a team spans several countries.

Who sees each week?
The weekly timesheet is read-only. Changes happen on the daily timesheet, each with a reason.
- Members see only their own week unless their role has Timesheets access in Access control
- Admins see the team or any set of members, on every plan
- Earlier weeks open from the date calendar on every plan
- The time zone choice decides which day each hour falls on
- Approval, when turned on, happens on Timesheet Approval, not on the weekly timesheet

How to set up weekly timesheets
Weekly timesheets need nothing switched on. These steps set who appears on them and how the week is signed off.
Assign members to the projects they work on so their hours land on the right project and task.

Read the Weekly Timesheets guideWhat does the weekly timesheet show in Staffic?
It shows each member's tracked hours for 7 days, one day per column, with Total hours beside the member's name. It opens on the last 7 days ending today, and a day with less than a minute of tracked time shows a dash.
Does Staffic's weekly timesheet start on Monday or Sunday?
Neither: by default it covers the last 7 days, ending today, so the first column is the weekday 6 days back. Pick the exact 7 days in the date calendar to match the week your team reports on.
Can I compare this week with last week?
Yes. Open the bi-weekly timesheet, which shows the last 14 days in one row per member, or set the weekly timesheet's dates to last week. Both work on every plan.
Can employees see their own weekly hours?
Yes. Every member can open Timesheets > Weekly to see their own 7 days and Total hours. Only admins and roles with Timesheets access in Access control see other members' weeks.
Who can change the hours on a weekly timesheet?
Nobody on the weekly view itself: it's read-only. Changes happen on the daily timesheet, each with a reason. Members delete their own sessions, and admins add manual time, as do members when an admin allows it.
How do I approve a weekly timesheet?
Approve it on Timesheet Approval, on every plan. Turn approval on in Settings > Timesheets & approval, then a manager approves or rejects each member's time day by day. The weekly timesheet is for reading and doesn't change approval status.
Why does a day on my weekly timesheet show a dash?
A dash means less than a minute was tracked that day. The weekly timesheet counts only desktop app sessions and manual time, so a forgotten timer stays a dash until someone adds manual time on the daily timesheet.
How much does it cost to use Weekly Timesheets?
Every plan includes Weekly Timesheets. Free covers up to 2 members.
