What is Staffic Members?
Staffic Members is the list of everyone in your organization. Admins invite people by email or in bulk, accept join requests and open each member's page with their hours, activity, projects, teams, role and leave balance. The Free plan covers up to 2 members. Admins also edit each member's pay rate, monthly salary, bill rate and timesheet approval switch.

Members
Everyone in your organization, in one list
Active members, pending invitations and join requests each have their own tab, with search by name and a filter by role.
Open a member to see their total hours, activity and earnings for the week or month, the projects and teams they're on, their role and their leave balance.

Send one invitation or paste a list of addresses with Bulk invite, and assign projects in the same step if you like. The Invited tab keeps every pending invitation with Resend and Cancel, and Join requests holds people who asked to join with your organization code.

Each member's Payment settings hold an hourly pay rate, a monthly salary and an hourly bill rate in your organization's currency. Payroll uses the pay rates and salaries, and invoices use the bill rates; both are on Elite.

Two switches apply to one person at a time. The Tracking switch in Settings, Activity & privacy turns tracking on or off for a member. The Timesheet switch in the Members list sets whether their timesheets need approval.

Who sees member details?
Members holds pay and personal details, so most of it is for admins.
- Admins, and Access control roles with Members, see every member
- Other members see only their own row and page
- Admins edit pay rates, salaries and bill rates on every plan
- Admins change a member's role on every plan
- Removing a member also takes them off the organization's teams

Can I invite several people at once?
Yes. On Invite member, switch to Bulk invite and paste a list of email addresses; Staffic sends each one an invitation and shows the results. Pending invitations stay on the Invited tab, where you can resend or cancel them.
What happens when I reach the Free plan's member limit?
Staffic won't add a third member until you upgrade. The Free plan holds 2 members including you, pending invitations included, so new invitations and join requests can't be accepted past that. Standard and Elite have no member limit.
Can members have different roles?
Yes. Every member is an admin or a member, and an admin can also give a member an Access control role made in Settings. Admins can add a second admin or change a member's role on every plan.
How do I set pay rates for members?
Open the member and edit Payment settings: pay rate per hour, monthly salary and bill rate per hour, in your organization's currency. Admins edit them on every plan, and Payroll and Invoices, on Elite, use them.
Can a member see other members' details?
Not by default. A member without an Access control role sees only their own row and page. An admin can give them a role with the Members module to see the whole list.
How do I handle members in different time zones?
Each member's Work Settings hold their own time zone, which Staffic uses to track and show their time. Your organization also keeps one time zone, which sets the day for attendance records such as Clock In/Out.
Can I see a member's hours and activity?
Yes. Each member's page shows their total hours, activity and earnings for the week or month, plus their projects and teams. For any dates, use the Time & Activity report.
How much does it cost to use Members?
Every plan includes Members. Free covers up to 2 members. Standard is $7.50 per user per month billed yearly ($3.80 during the current offer, until October 30, 2026) or $9.50 billed monthly, and Elite is $10.00 per user per month billed yearly ($4.80 during the current offer, until October 30, 2026) or $13.00 billed monthly.
