About these templates

Are these templates really free?

Yes. Every template and calculator is free, with no sign-up and no email needed to download. You can use them for personal or commercial work and edit them as you like. The only thing not allowed is reselling the templates themselves.

Which formats can I download?

Most templates come as a printable PDF in US Letter and A4, an Excel file with formulas and a Google Sheets copy. Letters, forms and policies also come as Word and Google Docs files. Each page lists its formats.

How do I use the Google Sheets and Google Docs versions?

Open the link and choose Make a copy. The copy goes to your own Google Drive, where you can edit and share it. The original stays as it is for the next person.

Can I remove the Staffic footer?

Yes. Each file has a small footer that links to staffic.io, and you're free to keep it or remove it.

Are the letters and policies legal advice?

No. Letters, contracts and policies are templates to adapt, not legal advice. Laws differ by country and state, so check the rules that apply to you, or ask a lawyer, before you use them.

Can I embed a calculator on my website?

Yes. Each calculator has an embed code you can paste into your site. It shows the calculator with a small link back to Staffic.
