Put Your Team's Data Where Your AI Assistant Can Reach It

Staffic includes a built-in MCP server, so an AI assistant can answer questions about your team's hours, activity, projects and payroll without you opening a single report. Included on every plan, free ones too.

Ask in Plain Language

Your Timesheets,
Answerable in a Sentence

Ask a Question, Get the Actual Numbers

Connect an MCP-compatible assistant once, then ask things like who logged the most hours on a project last week, which tasks are running over budget, or what a member's activity looked like on Tuesday. The answers come from your live workspace, not a stale export.

Works with any MCP-compatible assistant, including Claude and Cursor

Answers come from live data, not an export you have to refresh

Connect once with a key, then just ask

Everything You Would Otherwise Open a Report For

The server exposes the reporting surface of Staffic: timesheets by day, week or custom range, time and activity reports, manual time, clock in and out records, app and URL usage, screenshots and recordings, work notes, leave balances and requests, performance data, projects, tasks, clients, invoices and payroll payables.

Not Just Reading, Doing

With a read and write key, the assistant can also act: create and update projects and tasks, assign people, add manual time, leave work notes, apply for or approve leave, approve and reject timesheets, invite members and send payments. The routine admin that eats a manager's morning becomes a sentence.

Scoped to One Workspace, on Your Terms

A key is permanently bound to a single organization, so an assistant can never reach another workspace. Keys can be read only, which means an assistant can answer questions about your data without being able to change anything, and you can revoke a key at any time.

Every key is locked to one organization

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Staffic MCP server

MCP is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to real software. Instead of copying data into a chat window, the assistant talks to Staffic directly and works with your live workspace. Staffic ships its own MCP server, so there is nothing to build and no integration to maintain.
Every plan, including the free one. It is part of the platform rather than an add-on, so you can connect an assistant on day one without upgrading.
Any MCP-compatible client, which includes assistants like Claude and editors like Cursor. You add the Staffic server address and your key to the client's configuration once, and it appears as a set of tools the assistant can use.
The same data you can see in Staffic: timesheets, time and activity reports, manual time, clock in and out records, app and URL usage, screenshots and recordings, work notes, leave, performance, projects, tasks, clients, invoices and payroll payables. It cannot see anything outside the organization the key belongs to.
Yes. Keys carry a permission level, and a read only key lets an assistant answer questions without being able to create, edit or delete anything. Use a read and write key only when you actually want the assistant to take action on your behalf.
Revoke it from your settings and it stops working immediately. Because a key is bound to a single organization and can be scoped to read only, the blast radius is limited to that one workspace and, on a read only key, to reading rather than changing.
