Hours on the cards you already move
Keep planning in Trello. Each card is a Staffic task, so the timer and the board always match.
Trello
Staffic turns the cards on your Trello boards into tasks, your team tracks time on them with the Staffic desktop app, and the hours go back to each card as a comment. Admins connect Trello once in Settings > Integrations, on every Staffic plan, including Free.

In short
Staffic Trello time tracking is the Trello integration in Staffic. It imports the cards of the boards you pick as Staffic tasks, so people track time on them with activity levels and optional screenshots, then posts the time back to each card as one comment per person and day. It syncs every 15 minutes and is included in every plan.
How it works
From a card on your board to hours on that card, in four steps.
Trello time tracking
Approve Staffic in Trello, choose which boards to bring in, and their cards become tasks your team can track time on.
Each board you choose syncs into a new Staffic project or one you already have. Cards closed more than 30 days ago stay out of the first import.
Each card arrives with its name, description, due date and members, and keeps its card number, like #3, with a link back to Trello. A closed or completed card shows as Done; everything else is To do.
Trello has no time field of its own, so Staffic writes the time as a comment: one per person and day, such as Tracked in Staffic by Saimul Islam: 1h 10m on 2026-10-15. The comment is edited when the day's total changes.
Trello hides most members' emails, so Staffic usually can't match people for you. Pick the Staffic member for each Trello member once in the People section, and their cards are assigned to them from then on.

FAQ
Clear answers to common questions about Trello integration.
Read the Trello integration guideTrello's own Power-Up directory lists time tracking as Power-Ups from other companies, and every Trello plan allows unlimited Power-Ups, according to Trello's pricing page. Staffic connects to Trello directly: it imports your cards as tasks and posts the time back to each card.
Yes, with an integration. With Staffic connected, people track time on their Trello cards with the Staffic desktop app, and each card gets a comment with every person's time for the day.
In Staffic, an admin goes to Settings > Integrations, connects Trello and picks the boards to sync. Nothing needs to be installed on the boards themselves; the cards show up in Staffic within minutes.
Each person opens the Staffic desktop app, picks the imported card and starts the timer. Staffic records the time with activity levels, and within 15 minutes the card shows a comment with that day's total.
Sync each board into its own Staffic project. Staffic timesheets and reports then show the hours per board, card and person, and the project shows its time against any budget you set.
Trello hides most members' emails from other apps, so Staffic can't match them by email. Link each Trello member to a Staffic member once in the People section and their cards are assigned to them from then on.
Syncing stops and Staffic no longer reaches your Trello account. Imported tasks stay in Staffic and the comments already posted stay on the cards.
