Start times across countries
Members in different countries land on one calendar in your company's time zone, so a Monday is the same Monday for everyone you manage.
Attendance Tracking
Staffic is attendance tracking software that builds each day's attendance from the desktop timer. Managers see who worked, when they started and stopped, and who's working right now, all in one company time zone wherever the team sits. Clock In/Out is on Standard and Elite; Live Feed is on Elite.

In short
Staffic Attendance Tracking is employee attendance software for managers who need a daily answer to who worked and when. Each member's first tracked session of the day is their clock-in and the last is their clock-out, listed by date with the earliest start first. Live Feed shows who is working now, and leave requests explain planned absences.
How it works
An employee attendance monitoring system that asks nothing extra of your team.
Attendance tracking software
Each view answers one attendance question: who worked on a day, who is working now, how a member's month looks and who was away on purpose.
Attendance in Staffic needs nothing extra from your team. The timer they already start for time tracking writes the record, and the views below read it by day, by member and in real time.
Pick a date range and Clock In/Out lists each day's members by clock-in, earliest first, with clock-out and time worked beside them. A late start shows up as a later clock-in, so you read the order instead of chasing replies.
Today's attendance isn't in Clock In/Out until tomorrow, so open Live Feed for the current picture. It shows who is working now and the project and task each member is on.
The Monthly Timesheet lays out one member's hours on a calendar, so days with no tracked time stand out as blank. Use it to check for a pattern before you raise attendance with someone.
Leave turns Staffic into an attendance management system as well as a record of clock-ins. A member applies with dates and a reason, an admin approves or rejects it on Elite, and the day reads as planned rather than missing.
If a clock-in looks off, the Daily Timesheet shows that member's sessions on a timeline, with the breaks between them. It's on every plan, including Free.
Showing Daily attendance for managers.

Control and privacy
Staffic records nothing while a member's timer is off, and it doesn't mark anyone late or absent for you.
Set it up
Four steps, and none of them ask members to punch in.
Clock In/Out counts every day in this time zone, so a team spread over several countries shares one calendar.

Who it’s for
Managers, team leads and HR use Staffic as employee attendance tracking software for teams that work on computers.
Members in different countries land on one calendar in your company's time zone, so a Monday is the same Monday for everyone you manage.
Read a member's month on the Monthly Timesheet before raising attendance, so the conversation starts from dates and hours rather than impressions.
Leave requests carry dates, a reason and a status, so HR can tell a planned day off from an unexplained gap in Clock In/Out.

Keep track of employee attendance from the hours people already track, not a separate sign-in. In Staffic, each member's first and last timer session of the day becomes their clock-in and clock-out, and Clock In/Out lists every day by member, earliest start first. You review it from the next morning and export it when you need a file.
The best attendance software records attendance as a side effect of work, so nobody has to remember to clock in. For teams that work on computers, Staffic's desktop timer does that, and attendance, hours and leave come from one record. If your team doesn't work at a computer, a desktop tracker won't see their day, so check that first.
Track staff attendance by name in Clock In/Out: filter by member or search a name to see that person's start, finish and hours for each day (Standard plan). The record comes from the timer each person already starts in the Staffic desktop app, so staff don't sign in anywhere else. If a supervisor rather than an admin checks attendance, give their role access to Clock In/Out in Settings, Access Control.
Yes. Staffic has no separate clock: the first timer start of the day is the clock-in and the last stop is the clock-out, so attendance is recorded as soon as work is tracked. Manual time that an admin allows also counts toward that day.
Staffic doesn't flag anyone as late or absent automatically. Clock In/Out lists each day's members by clock-in, earliest first, so a late start appears lower in the list, and a member with no tracked time isn't listed that day. Approved leave requests show which absences were planned.
Yes. Clock In/Out counts every day in your organization's time zone, so members in different countries share one calendar and an evening session stays on the day it started. Timesheets also have a time zone picker if you want to read hours in another zone.
Yes. Clock In/Out exports the members and dates you've filtered as a PDF or Excel file, with times in your company's time zone. On Elite you can skip the export: Payroll works out hourly pay from the same tracked hours and each member's pay rate.
Standard and Elite include Attendance Tracking; the Free plan does not. Standard is $5.50 per user per month billed yearly ($1.00 during the current offer, until September 12, 2027) or $7.50 billed monthly, and Elite is $5.80 per user per month billed yearly or $9.80 billed monthly. Both start with a 7-day free trial.
